Salon Policies

To ensure the best experience for all guests at Hair By Cat Scally, please review our booking and cancellation policies before finalizing your appointment.

Booking & Deposits

  • How to Book: Appointments can be scheduled online via Fresha by clicking the "Book Now" button, or by contacting me directly.

  • Securing Your Slot: A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from your final total on the day of your service.

  • Service Selection: Please select all desired services when booking to ensure we have the correct amount of time allocated. If you are unsure which service to choose, please contact me via Email or Instagram DM before finalizing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens; however, we require notice to fill your spot.

  • 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Late Cancellations: Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeit of your booking fee.

  • No-Shows: Missing your appointment without notice will result in a forfeited deposit and a charge for 100% of the scheduled service.

  • Emergencies: We understand genuine emergencies occur. Deposit transfers in these rare instances are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Lateness & Service Changes

  • Running Late: If you are running late, please call us ASAP. We will always do our best to accommodate you; however, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. In this instance, 100% of the missed service fee will apply.

  • Modifying Your Booking: If you wish to add or remove services, please notify me at least 48 hours prior to your visit.

  • On-the-Day Removals: If you choose to remove services during your appointment, you will still be charged for the full original booking.

Aftercare & Adjustments

  • Our Guarantee: If you have concerns regarding your results, please get in touch within two weeks of your appointment. Any concerns raised after this period will be treated as a new appointment.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a complimentary re-work, you must follow the specific hair care and maintenance regime prescribed by your stylist during your visit.

Salon Environment

We strive to maintain a positive and safe environment. We reserve the right to refuse service and will not tolerate aggressive or demeaning behavior or language toward anyone associated with Hair By Cat Scally.
